7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DecoShield Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (c) any content obtained from our services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our aggregate liability for all claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the six months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DecoShield Networks, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
